7th Annual Jim Swears Memorial Cardinal Hockey Golf Outing Saturday, June 8, 2013 Location: Falcon Head Golf Course Cost: $75.00 per player ($10 per player discount for former Big Rapids Hockey players) Deadline: Total payment for all players with complete registration form due by May 10, 2013. Format: 4-person scramble, 18 holes. If you do not have your own foursome, we will place you in a group on the day of the event. Time: Registration at 8:00am and shotgun start at 9:00am. Lunch & Dinner provided (Pig roast).
